Spoil the people you love with this healthy, guilt-free Annique Rooibos Lifestyle Shake Cheesecake! It is simple, fun and easy!

Ingredients
2 egg whites
200g pecan nuts, finely chopped
3 eggs
3 tubs (250g) cream cheese
125ml fresh cream
60-90ml xylitol or stevia sweetener
120ml Vanilla Rooibos Lifestyle Shake
Cocoa powder and dark chocolate shavings for decorating (optional)

Directions

Crust
Whip the egg whites until frothy and add the nuts. Mix well and press into the base of a well-buttered, loose-bottom pan, 22cm in diameter.

 

Filling
Combine all the ingredients, and ladle spoonfuls of it into the baking pan. bake for 45-60 minutes, until the filling has set. Leave to cool in the oven.

Sprinkle cocoa powder and dark chocolate shavings on top for a final touch!
